At Almaden Voices, we help young students build essential public speaking skills and the confidence to express themselves — whether they’re sharing ideas in class, standing up for what’s right, or simply learning to be heard. Our mission is to create a space where every child feels safe, supported, and seen.
Public speaking is one of the most common fears in the U.S. — in fact, over 75% of Americans experience it. That’s why our program is designed to change that. Over the course of four weeks, students will focus on five core skills — including voice projection, eye contact, body language, structure, and delivery — all while building confidence in a fun, encouraging environment. In the final session, every student will proudly present a speech of their own.
Our program focuses on three pillars:
Confidence, Communication, and Courage.
By the end of the four weeks, students leave with stronger public speaking skills — and, more importantly, a lasting confidence in the power of their own voice.
Our mission is simple --- to inspire the young voices of today to be heard tomorrow!
